Golf in Cowra continues to attract reasonable numbers as we enter the cooler weather period. Tuesday saw 41 players play either the 18 hole comp or the 9 hole event. We had 12 ladies playing on Wednesday and 47 player contest either the Veterans or the 18 hole pro comp. Saturday saw 70 players enter the Gentsomes event, this is a modified Stableford event where players take the best drive out of their group and then play individual Stableford through to the green. This saw some very good scores coming in by Individuals, helping high handicap players.
