They raised these concerns, which would leave a huge shortfall in funding, with Riverina MP, Michael McCormack, when he visited recently.
CEO Ray Harris said the Board had written to the Minister for Aged Care Sussan Ley about the proposed changes but they were pleased to be able to reinforce their concerns to the new local Member and provide him with the detailed financial information.
Mr Harris said the cuts would make it very difficult for community run facilities to offer the current services to all members of the community.
