Carly Renee Welsh of North Street, Eugowra was the third woman to appear before magistrate Peter Dare as a result of the incident
All three received Section 10 bonds.
Welsh received a Section 10(1)b bond and was discharged on condition she be of good behaviour for 12 months.
Her solicitor Clive Hill told the court she was charged following an incident where "everyone had far too much to drink, including the victim".
"The victim punched one of the ladies dams Welsh came to her assistance," Mr Hill said.
"My client is adamant she didn't kick anyone, she punched her arm to try to get her to release someone's hair," Mr Hill said.
The court was told Welsh is a single mother working as a teacher's aid hoping to graduate with a Bachelor of Education.
"She would be greatly shackled by a conviction," Mr Hill said.
The incident that led to the charge against Welsh occured at 11.16pm on September 6, 2014 with the entire incident captured on closed circuit television.
The victim, police said, is seen to begin arguing with another person near the main bar before another accused is seen to grab the victim by the hair and pull the victim backwards.
The victim has then grabbed this co-accused by the hair and both end up on the ground.
Welsh then moved in, police said, and tried to break up the altercation.
Other people then move in to try to break up the fight and police claim Welsh is then seen to kick the victim once.
