The premiership was the Lions' fourth top-flight triumph in succession and one of six straight the Orange club won from 1988 to 1993.
It was a special day for the club, with their second and third grade sides also claiming the silverware via respective 3-0 and 20-3 wins over CSU-Mitchell's lower grade sides.
Earlier in the day CIty's colts XV were declared joint premiers after a dramatic 6-all clash with Wellington.
Above is our collection of photos from the day and the 1991 season's semi-finals.
