Pay it Forward Day, Friday 24th April,"Together we can change the world- one good deed at a time!"
Volunteers, neighbours, friends, family members and others in our community 'Pay it forward' regularly, they give their time freely to improve the lives of others and make our community a better place to live.
This Friday we are encouraging everyone to do a good turn or two or three, especially for others you may not know.
It can be a smile, a hello, a chat or a helping hand - 'Those who bring sunshine to the lives of others cannot keep it from themselves' James Matthew Barrie.
