Fire and Rescue NSW received a call to a building fire in Calare St at 21.44pm on Monday night.
A spokesperson said ten firefighters and two appliances responded and upon arrival found a caravan and truck well alight in a steel framed shed.
Fire fighters using breathing apparatus fought the blaze for thirty minutes before bringing it under control.
The van was totally destroyed, to the value of $30,000, the spokesperson said; the truck had the cabin destroyed and the shed received severe heat and smoke damage,.
Cowra police and ambulance attended, also Essential Energy who disconnected the power.
The occupant of the caravan was not in the van at the time of the fire.
Cowra police will carry out further investigations.
