The Little Ray of Giving campaign will launch across Australia and New Zealand from December 1, with Australians being asked to dig deep to put smiles on the faces on some special children in their community.
"All you need to do is wrap up your present, or we can wrap it for you, and drop it under the tree at Ray White Rural Emms Mooney. Tell us if the gift is for a boy or girl, nominate an age group and your gift will be delivered by the team at Rotary to a child who will appreciate the lift to their festive season," Suellen Grant from Cowra Ray White Rural Emms Mooney said.
Ray White Rural Emms Mooney, located at 53 Kendal Street, next to Cowra Dry Cleaners, have a special giving tree in their front window to collect gifts for children and families who will be doing it tough this Christmas," Ms Grant said.
"Sometimes just a small gift can make the biggest difference to families who are struggling at an expensive time of the year."
Choosing a gift isn't always easy, but Ms Grant said monetary donations are also welcomed, with Ray White Rural Emms Mooney then able to purchase a gift on your behalf.
Ray White has run this initiative across Australia and New Zealand each December since 2012. Last year along almost 3000 gifts were donated across 55 offices and delivered to children in need across Australia.
