Chloe's under 14 team was up against some tough Metro teams but remained competitive to place second in the Country Zone and eighth overall.
Although Chloe's prime position is left and right back she played in several areas on the pitch including up-front and in the mid-field, putting her versatility on show.
A trait that is very handy to have and impressive to demonstrate at a State level.
"Looking back at it, all in all, our Western girls did reasonably well for themselves," coach Jason Payne said.
"A couple of big scores but that is going to happen when you are playing players coming out of Premier League competitions and stuff like that.
"It was a good effort from our girls, proud of the effort."
Ginger Oliver competed in the under 12 Western team (pictured above) that took out the Country Zone's top prize however on the overall ladder were left in sixth above Country counter-parts Southern and Riverina.
In a team full of young talented soccer players many of the team will back-up next year in the same age group.
"Results don't show how well they have gone," under 12 Western coach Scott Mutton said.
"The Sydney girls are a lot stronger and full of actual 12-year-olds.
That has been the main difference and obviously less time on the ball they have.
They have to move the ball quicker, and think quicker because the defensive pressure is up. They have a lot more time at local football.
"But they have played as good a football as any team out there."
