Thirty eight members and wives led by the club's tour director Allan Vorias went on a six day trip to Bright, Victoria.

We stayed at the Bright chalet which was excellent; a five star motel resort with great food and entertainment at night.
The chalet have their own coach so it was great to be picked up at Cowra and returned.
Daily trips were organised by Allan, on which all members experienced the many tourist attractions in the area.
Bright has two tourist seasons - spring and autumn - and the weather was great, with rain during the night only.
It had beautiful green countryside with snow capped mountains and many spring flowers.
Being able to stay and unpack once for the week was a great advantage.
The fine sessions each night after dinner raised $120.00, which will go to Cowra Community Chest.
The entertainment was by Gill Delaney from the Howie brothers and 6 piece brass band recital on the last night.
The Cowra Probus Club will be hosting the Kiama Probus Club on the October long weekend.
Future tours will include a 10 day cruise to Tasmania in February.
