POLICE are investigating the theft of firearms during a break and enter at a house in Grenfell earlier in the month.

Between Saturday, July 19 and Saturday, July 26, a house on Bald Hills Road was broken into with six rifles stolen from a gun safe.
Police from Cootamundra Local Area Command were contacted and commenced investigations into the break-in with the premises undergoing forensic examination.
They urge anyone with information about the break-in or the whereabouts of the firearms to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
