Every year Cowra Public School takes part in the National Simultaneous Storytime. Last Tuesday, all classes joined with approximately 2 million students around the country, to listen to the story: “The Truck Cat” by Deborah Frenkel and Danny Snell. Thank you to CPS librarians Miss Irvine and Mrs Stephenson, library monitor, Ellora Ryan and special guest, Mrs Kerry White, for their entertaining efforts in reading and acting out the story for the whole school! A big thank you to all the students who came dressed in MUFTI and donated a gold coin towards the purchase of some new furniture for our library. A total of $292 was raised!
