Following a bye in Round 1, the Boys Cricket Team kicked off Cowra Public School’s 2025 PSSA Knockout season by playing Round 2 of the PSSA Cricket Knockout against Mulyan Public School last Friday. Notable performances were Chris Oliver who took 4 wickets for 7 runs, and Will Berry who took 2 wickets for 2 runs, with CPS bowling out Mulyan for 40 runs. Cowra PS chased the total, losing just 4 wickets along the way. Great sportsmanship was displayed by both teams! A big thank you to Mr Berry for coaching the team and to Cowra High students Bailey Basham and Benjamin Howarth for umpiring the game, along with parents and spectators who come along and cheered on the boys! Good luck to our cricketers, who will come up against Canowindra Public School in Round 3 of the knockout.
