The 2D version kicked off a special cartooning workshop at the Cowra Library run by Toonworld.
Co-creator of Toonworld, Mike Wheeler, said it was fantastic to return to the region, having hosted an animation workshop at the library last year.
"It's great we can jump on board with the Chris Hemsworth theme and all that," he said.
"Central West Libraries puts this on every year and it's great, they get really good attendance here.
"Some places you get small numbers and some places you get bigger but it's always a good turnout here, it's always fun."
Mr Wheeler said the program was designed to empower children to be creative and freely express themselves.
"We've been going for seven years, going all over Australia teaching cartooning with no mistakes, so the eraser is the enemy," he said.
"We're trying to foster and empower the kids drawing.
"Believing in themselves and building confidence, we do that through the metaphors we have in our book.
"That's what we're all about, empowering children through creativity."
