"A park is a place of great fun so regardless of age or ability our parks and playgrounds should be enjoyed by everyone - children, adults and carers," Ms Peters said.
Ms Peters said council should also look into infrastructure in and around local park spaces.

"As a way of making our beautiful parks more inclusive to everyone, we also need to provide easy access to the equipment in the form of suitable pathways and parking as well as toilets for people with prams, wheelchairs and mobility aids," she said.
"Shade, picnic tables and all-weather seating would also make our playgrounds more welcoming to all.
"Access to barbecue facilities for those using wheelchairs or mobility aids would help make our parks more inclusive and it would be lovely to see children, parents and grandparents all having a great time at our parks.
"Let's do it Cowra," Ms Peters said.
