The club recently held its annual general meeting, with Marc McLeish returned as president.
Alongside him will be Wayne Browne and Mark Annetts as vice presidents, Therese Browne as treasurer and Brendan Tidswell as junior president.
McLeish said the meeting was well attended with a lot of interest coming from younger members of the club.
"They are starting to get in touch with how things actually run at the club," he said.
"There were no changes to the office bearers, everyone was returned unanimously, though we are still on the hunt for a secretary. Many hands make light work there and we'll see how that pans out.
"But there's some very positive signs leading into next year, everyone is very keen on picking up where we left off and keeping the momentum up, which is good."
McLeish said the club has held positive discussions around the new competition structure in 2022 and a return to first grade for the club.
"While we continue to support the concept, we'll wait and see what's going to happen at group level for both Group 11 and Group 10, I'm not sure it's set in stone yet," he said.
"We'll see what happens there, but people have made their decisions and we're probably in a situation where we have to go with the flow and put our best foot forward regardless of the arrangement.
"We're definitely focused on fielding first grade and we are looking pretty good that way.
ALSO MAKING NEWS:
"Once again, it's just a matter of calling the players in to commit to that side of things so we can really push forward.
"It's going to be very hard for us to commit to a competition if we don't get the feel from the players now as far as what we've got and how we go about it.
"I think generally everybody is buying in and I'm feeling pretty confident about it."
McLeish said the club had also addressed their feature rounds at both a local and group level.
"As far as the Indigenous Group fixtures go, Cowra seems to be the preferred destination for that, we'll be putting ourselves out there to host those games again.
"We've also committed to fielding an inaugural team in the Under 21s pre-season competition this year.
"That's key to keeping a few of those younger fellows in the game for a bit longer.
"We are certainly focused on not undoing the good work players put forward this year, pushing that local formula as much as we can.
"We really want to see the players come forward sooner rather than later, so we know what we've got and what we can go with to be ahead of the game instead of chasing things around after Christmas."
