After enduring 10 months of invigorating treatment at only six years old, Mackenzie Hazelton was able to return home to Koorawatha and resume school in Cowra.
Unfortunately in May, 2021, Mackenzie and her parents Daniel and Sarah received the devastating news that her cancer was back and had spread to her brain.
The Hazelton family have since had to make the move to Ronald McDonald House in Sydney for Mackenzie to receive medical care.
At Wednesday's sale donated lambs were auctioned off for as much as $1500 a head.
To maximise the fundraising potential of the sale the lambs were then donated back by their buyers into the yards to be purchased a second time commercially.
In the lead up to the sale Cowra businesses purchased "virtual lambs" adding a further $10,000 to the fundraising total after purchasing "lambs" for $200 a head.

Allan Gray and Co agent Rory Brien, the driving force behind the event, came up with the concept after being asked by a mate to source signed rugby league jumpers to raise funds for the Hazelton family.
"I thought we could do more than that, I just wanted to help, if I was in their position I know it wouldn't be nice," Mr Brien said.
"The local buyers were very strong, Breakout River, they really helped the day flow along and created a good scene."
Donations are also being accepted through a GoFund Me page set up by a Mackenzie family member, which as of October 13 had raised more than $16,000.
Donations are still being accepted.
