The Cowra local government area (LGA) recorded zero cases of COVID-19 for the third straight day on Wednesday, Western NSW Local Health District (WNSWLHD) has announced.

There were only five cases identified in the Cowra LGA during the past week, two on October 9 and three on October 10, with one of those cases being infectious whilst in the community.
It brings the total number of cases to 59, including new, active and recovered.
Mulyan Public School has also reopened after a "member of the school's community" tested positive to COVID-19.
Testing is available at the Cowra Showground from 10am to 1pm or 3pm, depending on demand, and Cowra Respiratory Clinic at Cowra Medical Associates between 8.30am and 12.30pm.
