Cowra Machinery Centre is proud to be part of the AEH vision of offering marketing leading agriculture and construction machinery solutions combining tradition, innovation and technology.

Cowra Machinery Centre (CMC) joined the AEH group in 2018 and Spot On Cowra became a sub branch of it in July 2021.

Its team provide the ultimate in customer care and service for all new and used agriculture and construction machinery solutions, parts, servicing or repairs along with irrigation and gas, material handling and turf maintenance solutions.

"The biggest asset we have is our team and we are dedicated to the development and training off our staff," said marketing manager Sharon Charlton.

"In the past year our staff have attended leadership training, after sales management training [and] online product training for service and sales.

"This gives our team the knowledge of the products and services we offer."

Cowra Machinery Centre & Spot On Cowra also offers an employment assistance program providing workshops and free counselling sessions for the wellbeing of its team's mental health.

"We are also employing GPS specialists to grow with the technology our industry provides," Sharon said.

The business shops local; even though it is part of the AEH group which spans across NSW, service vehicles are purchased from the local car dealership, signwriting is all done by Signs R Us and protective clothing tools and equipment is all purchased locally.

"If we support our local community they will support us, this is why we love to be part of the Cowra community," said Sharon.

Major development is planned for both Cowra Machinery & Spot On Cowra over the next few years.

The buildings will be combined and some renovations will be carried out.

"By integrating the businesses together and utilising the space to grow as one in our Spot On shop front, we will continue to offer all irrigation and gas needs, expand the Spitwater Pressure Washer range on hand and bring the Toro turf maintenance equipment over with CMC continuing to be the Agricultural & Construction showroom.

"This move will also double our workshop and yard space making it a safer more efficient space for our teams."

A new website has been launched giving customers access to all used equipment in stock along with information and access to the range of products and services on offer.

Meanwhile, business is as usual with specific measures in place and commitment to community safety.
