The driving force behind the success of Cowra Real Estate is exceptional service in assisting clients and exceeding their expectations in finding or selling their home.
And this in turn brings a lot of repeat business, according to Cowra Real Estate owner/director Lyn Sharkey.
"At Cowra Real Estate, 'we make people happy'.
"[We love] dealing with the wonderful Cowra community and introducing new people to Cowra.
"We are also very proud of our team and regard them as family," Lyn said.
We genuinely care about our clients,Lyn Sharkey.
In 1990 Ross Sharkey and Alf Cowley opened the office under the banner of Ray White Cowra and two years ago changed the name to Cowra Real Estate.
The business offers real estate sales and property management with a team of eight dedicated staff members.
"We genuinely care about our clients.
"We know most people coming through our door personally.
"We also take great pride in managing investment properties for our owners.
"This is a huge responsibility and one we don't take lightly as we know how important these properties are for our owners," Lyn said.
The team at Cowra Real Estate like to lead by example and try to source everything they can locally.
They purchase thank you gifts for clients from their local visitor's centre.
"These packs contain local produce. Any new people relocating to Cowra, we try to let them know all Cowra has to offer," said Lyn.
In more than 30 years of business, the team at Cowra Real Estate has seen many changes within the industry.
"We are continually changing and adapting our business to take full advantage of the new and evolving technology available to us.
"It is vital for us to adapt our business accordingly or we will be left behind.
"We have access to all the real estate portals and we utilise cloud technology to enable us to access our business remotely," Lyn said.
The team also uses all aspects of social media to promote the business and properties they are selling and managing on behalf of their clients.
Cowra Real Estate also sponsors many community and sporting groups including 'Caring for Cowra' at Christmas time.
"We collect toys and gifts on behalf of the Salvation Army who then distribute these toys and gifts to families in Cowra," Lyn said.
"The Cowra community have supported this promotion every year beyond our expectations."
