Ray White Emms Mooney network has recently been awarded the Ray White Chairman's Elite Business Leader Award.

This award is given to agencies who have reached the top 1% of the Ray White Group Internationally, an award and achievement that Ray White Rural Managing Director, Stephen Nell, has deemed as "almost impossible for a regional network to achieve".

This is the first time in the history of the Ray White Network that a regional agency has reached this goal.

Spanning across Oberon, Bathurst, Orange, Blayney, Molong and Cowra, the network has been the number one rural agency in Australia for the last seven years.

Director Patrick Bird believes "results such as the Chairman's Elite come from the passion, dedication and consistent hard work that makes up the fabric of our entire team".

On a special award evening hosted by the Corporate team in Bathurst, Bird said "we are a team that genuinely wants each other to succeed, and with that, achievements such as these are the result".

"The Ray White Emms Mooney network continues to go from strength to strength even throughout challenging times involving a global pandemic," he said.

"The bounce back and recent boom of the Real Estate market, together with the drought breaking, making the Livestock market as strong as ever has had a positive impact on the network.

"Another exciting venture for the company in 2021 was the expansion of Ray White Emms Mooney into the Orange region.

"This saw the employment of three new agents and the opening of a new and thriving office in the Orange CBD."

Director Ben Emms believes "it's the culture of the company that ignites our enthusiasm and success and makes us want to come back day after day".

The results don't stop there, Ray White Emms Mooney have announced that within the Ray White International Network for the Financial year 2020/2021, out of 22 sales agents, eight agents achieved Premier Agent placing them in the top 10% and four agents achieved Elite Agent placing them in the top 3%.

"Never before have we seen this many agents achieve top results," says director Patrick Bird.

"It really is a phenomenal achievement personally for these agents and for the entire team who have supported the pathway to their success.

"Everyone in the Ray White Emms Mooney Network should be very proud and we look forward to celebrating these achievements with the entire Ray White Network at their annual awards night in September".
