Players aged from 9/10 years to opens travelled from all parts of the West, Central West and Riverina to compete in the Forbes all age carnival.
More than 500 players played more than 260 games of netball, with an anticipated 1000 people on the grounds.
The carnival had a mix of club and representative teams, all enjoying the full day of netball with games starting from 8.30am.
The Forbes carnival is one of the leading carnivals in the West/Central West and equals the larger associations of Orange, Bathurst and Dubbo.
More than 1000 people were on the Stephen Field grounds where COVID Safe restrictions were observed, with the help of the association's QR code sign in.
The Forbes Netball Association Committee and all the wonderful volunteers were kept very busy during the day, catering for the huge crown on the grounds.
Cowra's under 15s side were undefeated winners and 17yrs were runners up.
Division winners on the day were:
- 10/11 years winners Orange B; Runner up Gilgandra 11s.
- 11 years winners Dubbo Green; Runner up Dubbo Pink.
- 12 years rep division winners Barellan 12 years rep; Runner up Griffith 12 years rep.
- 13 years rep/14 years club winners Griffith 13 years rep; Runner up Temora.
- 14 years rep winners Griffith 14 years rep; Runners up Blayney 14 years rep.
- 15 years rep/opens winners Cowra 15 years rep; Runner up Blayney.
- 17U years rep winners Leeton 17 years rep; Runner up Cowra 17 years rep.
