The Cowra Eisteddfod is back

Over two thousand entries from all over NSW, and as far as Victoria and Queensland are signed up to perform at this year's Cowra Eisteddfod.

Following a cancellation in 2020, a full Eisteddfod will go ahead this year.

"We're really looking forward to it," says committee vice president, Jan Munday. "We'll be sticking to all the COVID-safe regulations and keeping our fingers crossed nothing goes wrong to stop us going ahead."

"We're still looking for volunteers, so if anyone can help, even for an hour, we need you."

The Eisteddfod begins on May 13 with vocal sections. The event is also packed with sections for speech and drama, dancing and instrumental.

The Eisteddfod culminates on Saturday, June 5 with a Grand Concert showing the best of the best.
