Organiser Jamie Lambshead said the 2021 event was the "best year yet".
"Everyone had a ball," he said.
In terms of donations, the final tally is still being counted and the result will be published in a later edition.
The day kicked off with a barbecue breakfast outside the Koorawatha Hotel before the riders took off on their adventure.
After the approximately 200km round trip, the group returned to the pub for a night of entertainment, including an esky raffle, meat raffles, an auction and live music from Bogan's Heroes.
There were also six trophies up for grabs for the best looking bikes.
This year marked the third annual event, with funds going towards the Leukaemia Foundation.
Mr Lambshead was diagnosed with Leukaemia in 2018 and said the ride was a chance to help an organisation that had supported him.
