The luncheon was held over two days at Cowra Services Club on Tuesday, December 1 and Wednesday, December 2.
CINC CEO Fran Stead said the organisation had tackled major hurdles brought on by the pandemic throughout the year.
"We're really proud of how we have gotten through this year and when you sit and reflect on what we've done, it's been huge and there's been huge challenges and we have overcome those challenges," she said.
"We are only as strong as our community and with our vision of "Locals Supporting Locals", that really drives our organisation."
Fran said CINC has been strong throughout the financial year, turning over millions of dollars which is in turn injected into the Cowra community.
"We've turned our organisation around and we've added and generated income," she said.
"I looked at figures and I don't think people realise the impact on some of our donations.
"When I started to look at the donations that we recieved, one organisation in the last 12 months has donated over $600,000 worth of goods to CINC, which in turn we have pushed right out into our community."
Other donations include thousands of dollars worth of clothing, food, health essentials, sanitary items and a car, which was passed onto Cowra Special Needs Services.
"When things start to add up, all of those donations, they don't show on our balance sheet but that flows onto our community," Fran said.
"That enables our town to not only receive these goods but it frees up money for them to shop local and to support local is extremely important... it takes a bit of pressure off families."
Fran thanked her staff, volunteers, Cowra Council and the community for their ongoing support.
"I'm really proud of our staff and that's the staff that people don't see," she said.
"There are so many others to thank, Cowra Council always go above and beyond.
"You guys, the support that you have given us throughout the year, a massive thank you to our staff, our board and our volunteers."
Chair of the CINC Board, Chris Budge, thanked Fran for her efforts.
"We couldn't survive without her there and she is without a doubt the finest CEO in this town," he said.
"Fran to me, as good as she is, also needs to be supported by some very brilliant staff and we have that, she has that and the support they have and the push that they give each other is out of the this world.
"To top that off, we have our volunteers and that's something we cannot at all do without."
