Cowra players Bailey Callaghan and Bevan Foxall have been regular members of Western squads over the past couple of season with a number of Cowra girls also featuring in teams.
The trials are open to female and make soccer players.
Trials for Skill Acquisition Program (SAP) boys and girls will be held on Sunday, November 29 at Jack Brabham Park, Orange from 9.30am for under 9 and 10 boys and under 10 girls from 9.30am and under 11 and 12 boys and under 12 girls from 11.15am.
A second set of trials will be held at the same location on Thursday, December 3 from 6.15pm for under 9,10, 11 and 12 boys and under 10 and 12 girls from 6.15pm.
Girls youth trials for 14,15 and 17 year olds will be held on Thursday, December 3 at Jack Brabham, Orange from 6.15pm and at Hans Claven Oval Dubbo on Saturday, December 5 from 10am.
Boys youth team trials for 13,14,15,16 and 18 year teams will be held at Police Paddock in Bathurst on Sunday, November 29 from 1pm for the under 13 and 14 boys and from 2.30pm for the under 15,16 and 18 bous.
Trials will also be held on Wednesday, December 2 at the Orange Country Club fields from 6.15pm for under 13 and 14 boys and at the same fields on Thursday, December 3 for under 15,16,17 and 18 boys from 6.15pm.
Anyone interested in playing for the mens under 20 and 1st grade team is asked to contact Clint Mutton on 0429 004 188 or Mark Rooke on 0408 640 262.
Players must register to trial in their correct age group and all players must register to trial under COVID-19 guidelines.
The under 20s fell one game short of a grand final appearance this season, losing to the Camden Tigers in a closely contested semi final.
The Western FC first grade side also had a successful season falling just short of qualifying for their first ever finals campaign.
Participation involves travel to Bathurst and Orange weekly for training and to Sydney and the south coast for away games with home games held at Bathurst, Orange and Lithgow.
