Forbes Under 14 representative side enjoyed an 82 run victory over Cowra in the second round of Lachlan cricket Council's junior competition on Sunday.

Having won the toss and electing to bat first the Forbes players came out of the gates swinging.
Openers Patrick Ryan and Joe Nicholson made a quick start to the Forbes scoring with Ryan chalking up 23 runs before being run out just under an hour into the match.
Griffin Jones then joined the action for a brief eight minutes before being caught by Ky Garratt adding 2 runs to the score and bringing Tom Glasson to the middle.
Nicholson fell straight after Jones, caught by Liam Saunders off of Beau Wilson's bowling with 23 runs to his name, bringing in Forbes' heavy hitter George Field.
Glasson added 32 runs to Forbes' total before being caught by Alex McFarland off the bowling of Aidan Green.
Oliver Walker was in next adding 19 to the visiting side's total before being bowled by Alex McFarland.
Field enjoyed a dominant performance finishing Forbes' innings not out on 62 with an impressive eight 4's to his name.
Stirling Francis also finished Forbes' inning not out on four runs, with five batsmen still remaining and an already impressive total of 202 the home side handed over to Cowra for their reply.
Liam Saunders and Jack Bryant opened Cowra's account with Bryant scoring 25 runs before retiring not out and Saunders managing 14 runs before also retiring not out.
Ky Garratt was the first official wicket for Cowra caught by Oliver Walker off the bowling of Tom Glasson with five runs added.
Next to fall was Braydon Smith run out with a duck, then Beau Wilson on 11 caught by Stirling Francis through the bowling of Joe Nicholson.
Isabelle Doorey fell next, run out by Riley Goodsell, assisted by Patrick Ryan with a duck. Archie McDonald also left with a duck caught off the bowling of Oliver Walker.
Aidan Green and Will Wilson saw out Cowra's innings both not out with Green scoring five runs and Wilson 14, Cowra's chase ending 6/120.
Cowra will now host Dubbo on November 29.
