The dinners occurred at a Wagga pub and Mr Maguire's home, and when Ms Berejiklian was in a secret "close personal relationship" with Mr Maguire.
Karen Barbey, a director of Mr Maguire's secretly-held company G8wayinternational, was interviewed by an investigator for the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) at Wagga police station in July 2019.
In the transcript of the interview, tendered as evidence before the current ICAC inquiry, Ms Barbey said she attended a dinner with Ms Berejiklian at Romano's Hotel in Wagga, along with Mr Maguire and her partner and fellow G8wayinternational director, Phillip Elliott.
Ms Barbey also met "the Premier" Ms Berejiklian for dinner at Mr Maguire's house and via an "underpass" project announcement in Wagga.
"I have met her at Daryl's place. We had dinner at night as well and I'm trying to think. Um, I think those - oh and we went to Romano's for dinner one night," Ms Barbey said.
Ms Barbey confirmed that "Phil, Daryl, Gladys Berejiklian" and herself attended the dinner, along with Ms Berejiklian's security officers, but she did not know the exact date.
Mr Maguire has admitted to ICAC that he ran a cash-for-visas "scam" with Riverina businesses, whereby Chinese visa applicants would be signed up to fake jobs so they could start a path to permanent residency.
Mr Maguire admitted he gave cash to Mr Elliott for G8wayinternational that was generated from the scam, and ICAC has been shown emails of Mr Maguire discussing a failed recruitment of Wagga RSL into the scam with Mr Elliott.

Ms Barbey has not been accused of any wrongdoing.
Mr Elliott resigned as a director of Wagga RSL earlier this month following his appearance at ICAC.
Ms Barbey said in the July 2019 interview that "I don't have business with Daryl".
Ms Berejiklian said she has "done nothing wrong" in relation to her relationship with Mr Maguire and any business activities he mentioned to her, and that she was "beyond shocked, disgusted and let down" by his alleged conduct.
The Daily Advertiser is not referring to a transcript of a private hearing with Mr Maguire that ICAC accidentally published for a brief time on Friday evening.
