Peter Matthew Warren, 49, of Yarrawonga Crescent, failed to appear before the court charged with driving with an expired licence.
According to police facts, the incident occured around 9.50am on March 2, 2020 on the Canowindra Road, Canowindra.
Magistrate Michael O'Brien noted "speeding matters on his record", including driving while disqualified in the 1990s.
