The clear blue sky in the morning heralded a great day on the Cowra Golf Course on Thursday, July 23 when 46 Veteran Golfers played in the Veterans 9 hole stableford event commencing on the 10th tee.

It is pleasing to welcome Elwyn Ward's return to Cowra residency and as a member of the Cowra Veterans with him winning his first start in this event with 20 stableford points, just one point ahead of both Gary Dick and Robert Vidulich.

There were 16 prize winners on the day who are listed with their Stableford Points score, and the handicap they played off last week in brackets
