The Magpies take on Group 11 side Dubbo Macquarie from 1.35pm.
That same day the Canowindra Tigers play Wellington Cowboys at Sid Kallas from 12 noon.
The Magpies opened the 2020 season with a 12 all draw with the Wellington Cowboys at Wellington last weekend.
Macquarie's opening match also ended in a draw with the Dubbo side sharing the points with the Parkes Spacemen.
Sunday's crowd and players will be subject to restrictions on with a maximum of 500 allowed through the gates.
"We'll be following COVID safe plans that basically say get in and get out," McLeish said.
"We can have a crowd of up to 500 but we can't do much to attract a crowd.
"With the way (the competition) handled the restrictions at Wellington we're confident we can get the crowd into the ground easily.
"Anyone who wants to come over can make it a lot easier for the gate people if they have the details of everyone in their car, with names and phone numbers ready to hand over," he said.

Mr McLeish reminded anyone wanting to attend that all social distancing rules apply.
"If you can stay in your car that'd be great but if you do come to the sidelines by all means please social distance.
"And if you are given instructions please comply," he said.
Admission on Sunday is by gold coin and no canteen or bar will operate.
Down on numbers last Sunday McLeish said coach Rory Brien was really pleased with his side's effort especially after several under 16 players who were in the squad came down with injuries from their game on the Saturday.
"Our key positions are well covered, I think we'll surprise a few," he said.
"We couldn't be happier with the squad we've got.
"We'd like another two or three players but we think we'll go well (this season)," he said.
