Peter Chivers, Lyal Amos, Brian Dawes, Ian Wright, Ava Livne, Bob Griffiths, Richard Clarke all were able to attend the club's meetings before COVID-19 brought an end to in-person meetings.
Bob Griffiths also received the Fred Arnold Trophy for the Most Effective Director.
Previous President Brian Marsh said he was very excited to present the award to Mr Griffiths.
"Bob is our hard-working and reliable treasurer and has always been a go-to man for advice," he said.
"He has helped me in the last twelve months and is ever alert to things relating to the running of the business side of our community activities and club."
The Rotarian of the Year Award also went to a member who managed 100 per cent attendance.
Mr Marsh said he had much pleasure in presenting the award to Richard Clarke.
He also praised the work Mr Clarke had done in helping the club during the COVID-19 period.
"Words can barely describe the generousity and commitment of this team member who has devoted many hours, quietly behind the scenes dealing with correspondence, taking photos and recording the activities of our community involvement," he said.
"As well as these tasks, with the restrictions placed on us due to the coronavirus, Richard has patiently steered us in the age of technology by introducing Cowra Rotary to regular online meetings."
