This is the second consecutive year Mr Gambrill has been named a "premier agent", while it's now three years running for Mr Keefe.
Mr Gambrill said there are two different ways to gauge which agents make it into the top ten per cent of the group nationwide.
"One is through number of sales and the second is through the amount of sales fees that you write over a financial year period," he said.
"Working in the country, you're selling properties for $280,000, you couldn't compete with the agents that are working in the city selling properties for three, four, five, six millions dollars if it was just going to be comparable on fees.
"If it was just on fees, nobody outside the metropolitan area would have the opportunity to qualify."
Mr Gambrill said it was an honour to receive the accolade once again, putting it down to the support he receives from his team and the wider Cowra community.
"Quite happy to get it two years consecutively, it was obviously something I was aiming for and to achieve it, makes me quite happy," he said.
"It comes down to people supporting me. At the end of the day, if they don't trust me or feel confident with me and provide me with the opportunity to represent them... you can't make a sale if you don't have the stock."
Mr Keefe said the Emms Mooney team has enjoyed consistent success during the past couple of years.
"It's an excellent thing to be recognised for because it is within the top ten of the agents within the Ray White Rural group and it just makes all the hard work you put in through the year worthwhile and acknowledged," he said.
"My motto in business is "you are who you surround"... I was told that by one of the most elite agents in Australia... surround yourself by success and you will succeed.
"We've got about 15 to 20 sales agents and consistently each year we've usually got at least five within the top 10 of Australia.
"It just shows, if you've got a good team around you, everyone excels."
Both gentlemen said they hope to continuing building on the success they have achieved.
Mr Gambrill said he plans to build on his skills in the digital marketing space.
"I try and keep as upskilled in that area as I can," he said.
"Realistically that's where everything is heading, adapting to the trends and the way things are heading in the real estate industry."
Mr Keefe said he hopes to become an "elite performer" within the group while helping out the next generation of agents coming through Emms Mooney.
"There's plenty of bigger and better goals that I try to strive for as well," he said.
"I was awarded the number five agent in Australia last year so my goal was to try and retain that number again at least, from one to five was my goal to achieve this year and next year aiming more closely towards number three.
"All we hope is that everyone succeeds with us."
