A Cowra man has been told he has "few options left" after receiving an intensive corrections order for nine months and disqualified from driving for 12 months at Cowra Local Court.

Brook Brendan McKeown, 30, of Courallie Street was before the court charged with driving a motor vehicle while his licence was suspended.
According to the police facts, around 11.45pm on December 9, 2019, police were travelling west along Comerford Street when they saw McKeown behind the wheel of a white sedan.
Police stopped the vehicle and approached McKeown, who produced a P1 licence.
Police then conducted checks, which showed McKeown was suspended from May 3, 2019.
He had also failed to undertake and complete the Traffic Offenders Program.
After a roadside breath test produced a negative result, police told McKeown he was not licenced to drive the vehicle home.
The police then drove McKeown home.
McKeown's solicitor, Clive Hill said his client had no excuse for driving on that occasion.
"He has tiptoed along the lines of full time custody," he said.
Magistrate Michael O'Brien said McKeown was simply not getting the message.
"I'm gobsmacked anyone would have such a cavalier attitude, it's almost as if he is throwing down the gauntlet to the court and saying 'do your worst,'" Magistrate O'Brien said.
"You're no stranger to the criminal justice system, you know there are consequences for poor decision making.
"You're leaving the court with few options for today."
McKeown was also ordered not to occupy the driver's seat of a motor vehicle.
