In Facebook post on March 23 the Cowra and District Junior Soccer Club advised all club members that registrations were still open.
"FFA and Football NSW have confirmed that all Grass-roots soccer is suspended till at least April 14," the post said
"Our Season is scheduled to commence after that date, however, all decisions regarding the season commencement, possible season shortening, fee structures and possible refunds will be made as further direction comes from Federal and state governments and Soccer governing bodies.
"We understand that many have already registered for this season and there has been no advisement to close registrations.
"Therefore, registrations will remain open and late fees will not be applied for those who defer registering due to the uncertainty of everything in our nation and around the world.
"Should the entire season be cancelled by Government or FFA, the Club will do it's utmost to work out refunds.
"The Soccer Club will strive to deliver the opportunity for our Children to play Soccer as soon as and if restrictions are lifted."
