The focus of this Reflection Day was 'Social Justice' as students participated in a variety of team activities.
Activities included a live auction where students were given the salary of a family in a developing country and were tasked with the challenge of bidding on items necessary for survival.
With only enough money in their budgets for basic living essentials, students quickly learned that buying luxury items was not an option.
Other activities included fashioning newspaper to dress up a team member as a recognisable biblical character.
Other highlights of the day were opportunities to create social justice prayers, dancing, games and insightful discussions about social justice and actions we can take as individuals and as a group to make a positive impact on our world.
