The courses are being presented by Fiona Taylor who runs a first aid training business called Tailored First Aid.

The courses will be run at the Cowra Tennis Club and depending on the response numbers may be limited.
On Saturday, March 14 the club will provide a full day first aid course Provide First Aid from 8am until 4.30pm.
Cost per participant is $175. If the group is 10 or more the cost will reduce to $140 per participant.
The course will include scenarios involving all ages and varied conditions such as medical conditions like heart attack, stroke, diabetes, fractures, multi injury accidents, spinal injuries, burns, bleeding etc.
For people wanting to work in children's services extra units such as asthma and anaphylaxis are also covered.
Fiona will also cover a small extra policy component for childcare at the end of the course for those interested.
This takes about 10 minutes and people doing the Provide First Aid course are welcome to stay.
On Sunday March 15 a CPR course will be held.
This is a two hour course with three sessions scheduled, 8.45am for 9am to 11am, 11.30am for 11.45am until 1.45pm and 2.15pm for 2.30pm until 4.30pm.
Cost is $10 per participant and is suitable for anyone needing to do an annual CPR update as well as doing initial training.
This course is ideal for basic life support training and includes how to use a defibrillator.
Fiona will have 10 mannequins and three defibrillators available for demonstration purposes and participant use.
