In keeping with the NSW Seniors Festival 2020 theme "Love to Celebrate" Cowra U3A is hosting a Pre Valentines Morning Tea at the Cowra Senior Citizens Club in Railway Lane Cowra on Thursday, February 13, 2020 commencing at 10.30 am.

Everyone, regardless of age, is invited to join us for a morning of entertainment with poetry readings, yarns, trivia and of course good food.
There is no charge for this event but we would like to have an idea of numbers for catering purposes so please book by ringing Robyn on 0400 107 539.
On Monday, February 17 at the Cowra Bowling Club commencing at 5pm we are holding Bowls for Beginners.
As well as learning to bowl there will be some other fun events. At the end of the games there will be a sausage sizzle.
All this for just $2.00 and it is open to all ages.
We seniors "Love to Celebrate" and we love to share our enjoyment with everyone so come and join us for some fun on the green.
To kick off celebrations Cowra U3A Tai Chi Group started Monday at the Cowra Seniors Festival Pool Party and Services Expo at the Cowra Aquatic Centre on February 10, 2020 with some gentle exercises to get the body ready for a day of fun activities.
Following the Tai Chi Cowra 3L's, (Cowra Senior Citizens Club) joined with U3A members to present some Sportability Games.
These were aimed at people who may not be able to participate in mainstream sporting events and are heaps of fun.
