The day will kick off at 8.15am with a free community breakfast outside the Cowra Civic Centre hosted by Cowra Rotary Club and the Cowra Inner Wheel Club.
This will be followed by the flag raising at 8.30am and the Australia Day service from 8.45am.
According to Weatherzone, Sunday is set to hit a high of 35 degrees so those looking to beat the heat can enjoy free entry to Cowra Aquatic Centre from 10am to 8pm.
There will be a giant pool inflatable, a jumping castle from 11am until 3pm, an evening disco and a free sausage sizzle.
Those looking for a little bit of competitive fun can check out a number of Australia Day sports.
The Cowra Bowling Club will be hosting Australia Day Triples, you can play nine holes and enjoy a barbecue lunch at the Golf Club while the Cowra Tennis Club will have social tennis and a sausage sizzle from 4pm till 8pm.
