Group President Christine Murphy said the group had enjoyed another successful year and was looking forward to heading into their fourth year.
"It's been a really wonderful year we've had a good consistent turn up off people, which you can see here, and a very hard working committee," she said.
"I'd like to give special thanks to Carol Nicholson our secretary she does an out standing job, Bea Brightstar who does and excellent job of catering, Christine Webb who manages our cleaning up and domestic arrangements and Joan Reynolds our historian.
"I'd also like to thank longstanding members Jenny Hays, Dawn McKay, Ray Dowd, Julie and Graham Wells, Linda Welding and Laine Blair for helping us make another successful year," she said.
Mrs Murphy said she was proud of how much the group had grown in it's three years.
"We started with a small group at one of our residences," she said.
"They (the memebers) have all been consistently coming and are very supportive of the group.
"I'm pleased to have so many people come and join us, we are looking forward to another year with lots of informative guest speakers and support for all the members," she said.
