VERTO Cowra was announced the winner at the 2019 VERTO Employee Conference held at Rydges Norwest Sydney in Baulkham Hills at the end of October, 2019.
The event attracted over 130 employees from 39 sites from Ballina in Northern New South Wales, to as far south as Melbourne, Victoria.
Annie Crasti is Cowra's Employment Services team leader and has been working with VERTO since 2014.
"I think the Cowra team has been recognised for their performance this year because they provide outstanding customer service every day they show up to work," Annie said.
"We are a team but we treat and respect each other like family, which shows in our achievements such as jobactive Cowra receiving a 5-star rating this year and our first suicide prevention workshop."
VERTO chief executive, Ron Maxwell, said the team is an outstanding and essential unit of the VERTO organisation.
"Congratulations to Annie Crasti and the Cowra team for always making positive contributions to VERTO."
