Annie was announced the winner at the 2019 VERTO Employee Conference held at Rydges Norwest Sydney in Baulkham Hills at the end of October, 2019.
The event attracted over 130 employees from 39 sites from Ballina in Northern New South Wales, to as far south as Melbourne, Victoria.
Annie has been employed with VERTO since 2014 and is Cowra's Employment Services team leader.
"I am very grateful for the award, but also humbled and blessed to work with an amazing group of people," Ms Crasti said.
"I truly think that sometimes we believe in our clients more than they believe in themselves, and I love that I am in a role where I can inspire and assist someone to make a difference to not only their life, but their family's lives."
VERTO chief executive, Ron Maxwell, said Annie is an outstanding member of the Employment Services team and the VERTO team more broadly.
"Congratulations to Annie and the Employment Services team for always making positive contributions to VERTO."
During the conference, employees heard from a diverse range of speakers (such as Dr. Keith Suter and Corporal Mark Donaldson VC) who covered a range of industry and workplace relevant topics.
The conference also included an awards night, where achieving employees were recognised. Former Australian Sudoku player, writer, and rugby commentator, Mick Colliss, entertained everyone as the keynote speaker at the awards night.
