The meeting will be an important pivot point for the club's 2020 season, after a 2019 that didn't quite live up to the expectations set by the Magpies' senior men's grand final appearance in 2018, with injuries particularly curtailing the team's performance.
This month's AGM follows an earlier "Swooping to the Future" forum, which was used to gauge support in the community regarding committee numbers and membership, pathways for junior development, and the ongoing cost of maintaining a competitive team in Group 10.
The Magpies are yet to announce new player signings since the conclusion of the NRL season, with ex-NRL players Daniel Mortimer and Siosave Vave signing up with rival Group 10 clubs Orange CYMS and the Blayney Bears respectively.
