The morning tea was organised by staff member Hayley Spence who said it was a cause close to her.
"My mum was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2016, that's why I support this and why it's close to my heart," she said.
"We've done this previously in 2017 again for breast cancer with all the money going towards the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
"Through the month of October we've also worn pink to work," she said.
All the staff at Cowra Diagnostic Imaging said the National Breast Cancer Foundation was a charity they were behind.
"This is part of fighting breast cancer in women. It is a close to home charity for us, as we are part of the team involved throughout the breast cancer process for women," they said.
The National Breast Cancer Foundation is currently working towards zero deaths from breast cancer by 2030.
