Matt Bohman from the Cowra Show Society said these changes have been enforced by Roads and Maritime Services (RMS).
"This is not the Show Society, this has come from the RMS," he said.
Cowra Show Secretary, Graham Eddy said there will be no entry into the Showground via Grenfell Road.
"There's no entry at the Pavilion, there is no entry at the stud cattle gates on Grenfell Road," he said.

"There's no vehicular entry at all off Grenfell Road, Grenfell Road is set down only, this will be heavily policed from a request by Roads and Maritime Services."
Mr Bohman said Grenfell Road will be a clearway and there will be a drop off and pick up zone outside of the gates.
"We need to encourage people to use the set down and drop off because they've asked us to minimise the amount of traffic that comes across the street," he said.
Mr Bohman said, unlike previous years, there will be no parking along Grenfell Road however show goers are still able to park in spaces behind the islands.
"Either side of Grenfell Road this year is a clearway, most years they've been able to park along Grenfell Road going west, this year they cannot but they can park in the parking spots behind the islands," he said.
Parking will be available in the back streets across from the Showground.
People with disabilities who require disabled parking spots can travel along Showground Lane and take the first gate on the right to park near the Pavilion.
There is no parking along Showground Lane, however people can park on Cowra Road.
There will also be a 40km/h zone enforced from the bridge to Hartley Street on Grenfell Road.
Mr Eddy is encouraging families to get their tickets early to make their arrival at the Show as smooth as possible.
"If they want to buy their tickets prior, to make it easier, they are here or at the Visitors Centre," he said.
"We're suggesting families come and do things like that because it just makes life easier for them, they can go and park and just walk in.
"While they are doing that, they can buy some discounted ride tickets at the same time, those are only available until 5pm on Thursday."
Gates will open at 3pm on Friday and 8.30am on Saturday.
