Amanda Ovington of Gaskill Street, Canowindra, was before the court charged with using a carriage service to menace and was given a 12-month supervised community correction order.
According to police Ovington called her victim around 1.55pm on June 7. She then sent several text messages to the victim.
In the messages Ovington tells her victim to, "stop ur(sic) shot and start sorting ur own life instead of causing my partner shit".

She also threatened her victim saying, "Right your dead s*** I'm coming for u(sic) ... so pull ur head in. Gutless little s*** I know where u live ... sleep with one eye open u want something for the cops give my threat to them sweetheart xx See u soon".
The victim then informed police of the threats and blocked notifications from Ovington's phone.
On June 10, Ovington spoke to police and admitted to sending the text message stating she was just trying to help a friend.
Magistrate Michael O'Brien said while Ovington had history with the victim, that history did not excuse her behaviour.
"There is no doubt a backstory with this victim but the need to engage in this behaviour is breathtaking," he said.
"Her history shows that her previous encounters with the criminal justice system has not had the salutary effect one would hope.
"Everyone encounters someone they don't like, that's part and parcel of being a human being. What distinguishes us is how we behave and respond.
"The court doors are not revolving, you need to address your offending behaviour or you might be headed for more drastic consequences," he said.
Magistrate O'Brien made it a condition of Ovington's order that she attend all programs that her community correction supervisor deemed necessary until her attendance was no longer required.
He also revoked a previous community corrections order for stalking and intimidation and imposed a fresh 12-month supervised order.
