The event has been organised by former locals and NextGen Caravans owners, Brenden and Melissa Chambers.
"We know that many regional areas are doing it tough at the moment with the ongoing drought and we thought if we held this event in Cowra, it would in some small way help out the local community," they said.

Nextgen Caravans are built in Melbourne by Network RV and have several different models available to suit a range of different needs.
Whilst in town the group will stay at the Cowra Van Park.
A visit to the Japanese Gardens, POW Campsite and War Cemetery is planned, as well as a special trip to Iandra Castle.
This will be followed by a Picnic Day at Wyangala Dam.
"We are really looking forward to showing off all that Cowra has to offer," Brendens said.
