Two women travelling from Cowra to Sydney were taken to Lithgow Hospital with minor injuries after they were involved in a single vehicle crash on Tuesday, October 1.

According to Ambulance NSW, the accident occurred at 4.30pm on the Great Western Highway at the top of Tunnel Hill in Marrangaroo when the vehicle hit a barrier.
One ambulance crew attended the scene, where they treated a 63-year-old and a woman in her 20s.
Break and enters
A Cowra car rental business was broken into on the September 23 and a vehicle stolen. The Kia Sportage was located the following afternoon abandoned in Vaux Lane.
Sometime after 11pm on Monday, September 30 and the following morning, unknown offenders have attempted to gain access to a business in Redfern Street. A door frame was damaged but access not gained.
A Pee Wee 80 motorcycle has been stolen from a detached garage in Kite street on September 30. Unknown offenders prized open the roller door and removed the bike.
