Hammo is a gift from Windradyne Poll Dorset Stud's Greg Hamilton and was welcomed to the school on Friday, September 13.
Mr Hamilton said the ram would help both the students and the school.
"The ram helps get their prime lamb operation going with better and up to date genetics," he said.

"It also helps the kids. A lot of the production now goes off figures where this gives the kids a visual and you can pick a ram on visuals better than with pure figures".
Cowra High School agricultural teacher Clint Cole, who is a friend of Mr Hamilton, said he was excited to welcome the new ram to the school's flock.
"A huge thanks to Greg," he said.
"I'm looking at more opportunities to bring him in and expand the learning of the students. From an industry base, not just a learning and educational base, to show the students what industry wants and what he does differently.
"Having a ram, like Hammo, is extremely important you get the theory and then you bring that into the paddock and show the students.

"The kids get to see what it is, interact with it and relate to it. It's touch and feel learning to the extreme.
"We are a prime lamb area but we've also got cropping, horticulture, viticulture and we are looking to get the kids engaged, to see agriculture is not just farming anymore it's such a huge diverse technical industry.
"It gives the kids experience and they have an idea when they leave school what's out there in the immediate area," he said.
