This event will see the return of the camp oven cooking competition, with entrants able to compete in three different categories, Best Damper, Best Main Course, Best Cake or Dessert.
The inaugural event was held last year and attracted more than 250 people who provided positive feedback on the event's success.
Cabonne Shire Council is getting behind the event, providing $500 towards marketing and promotion.
There is also a junior competition and an award for the highest scoring dish of the day.
The 2019 Australian Ladies Whipcracking Champion, Emiliqua East, will be performing her amazing whipcracking demonstrations throughout the day.
There will be a huge range of market stalls including food vans and a coffee van.
Local chefs will be cooking homemade burgers, scones and billy tea for the crowds.
The day involves several of Eugowra's local community groups including the Lions Club, Eugowra Evening VIEW Club and Craft on the Creek, while the local schools will both have food stands.
This year there will be several free kid's events running during the afternoon including sack races, boot throw and three-legged races.
Free kid's entertainment also includes a jumping castle.
There will be live music through the day, with local band The River Rats playing from 5pm at the bar.
Kim Storey is one of the organisers of the event.
"We're looking forward to another great day of food, music and family activities. It's so great to see our community groups get behind Woodfired too," Kim said.
"The event is organised by Eugowra Events and Tourism Association, with all funds raised going back into the local community.
"We want to see Woodfired become a signature event for Eugowra."
Gates open 1pm - 9pm.
Entry is $10 for adults and FREE for kids.
