Orange CYMS won both of their Under 12s and Under 13s matches, taking out the Norton Oval Number One games 38-16 and 32-20.
The results leaves the Under 12s side in third, behind both CYMS teams, while the Under 13s are in eighth.
However, the Under 14s and 15s had far more luck when they headed over to take on the Panthers and St Pat's respectively.
The Magpies were solid in their 34-20 win at Carrington Park, in a result which keeps them second on the ladder outright behind Bloomfield, who remain the only undefeated team in the competition.
Meanwhile, in the 15s, Cowra won a tight 20-16 contest against St Pats at Jack Arrow Oval. The victory means that they are now two games clear of St Pat's, with another trip to Bathurst to take on the Panthers this weekend.
The 16s couldn't quite get the job done against the Lithgow Storm at the Tony Luchetti Sportsground, and will be looking to bounce back this week against Mudgee after the 26-14 loss.
The loss means the team is now in sixth place, just behind Mudgee and Bloomfield, who are only two points ahead. They will be at home this weekend.
